- Document your pink cloud experience to revisit these highlights during your rough days. Write your feelings down on paper and have them in front of you!
- Create a shortlist of realistic and attainable goals to achieve. These daily goals could include walks, 5-minute meditation sessions, positive self-talks, etc. Once you accomplish one, you may feel motivated to continue to complete more. Cross them off your list, after each one, to show yourself your achievements!
